Summer 2018 Music Events at Wrigley Field

Numerous concert events are held at Wrigley Field, six blocks from the inn, during the “warm” months of the year. For 2018, these include:

Jimmy Buffett, July 13; Def Leppard, July 14; Foo Fighters, July 29 and 30; Pearl Jam, August 18 and 20; Luke Bryan, September 1 and 2; Billy Joel, September 7; and Fall Out Boy, September 8. We welcome concert-goers! Please understand some dates/weekends may require a three-night booking across a weekend.

The Villa Toscana is located in the very heart of the bustling Boystown/Wrigleyville/East Lakeview neighborhood. Just steps from the inn along North Halsted Street you will find an eclectic assortment of restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, and other retail spaces unique to the village. A few blocks west lies a thriving theatre district along Southport Avenue, to the south is picturesque Lincoln Park, and it is just a short walk east to Broadway, Belmont Harbor and the beaches of Lake Michigan. Hollywood/Kathy Osterman Beach, a popular destination for some guests, is a 25-minute trip up the Red Line train to the Bryn Mawr station. A 15-minute walk northwest leads you to Wrigley Field, home of the Chicago Cubs. Public transit to all of Chicagoland is readily available with the #8 Halsted bus next to the inn (southbound and northbound at the Halsted/Cornelia intersection), and the Red Line train station located on Addison Street next to Wrigley Field. Lastly, taxis are available around the clock right in front of the inn and a reservation for cab service is rarely, if ever, needed.
