I booked this space for a garden party for my 30th birthday and I'm so happy I did! The space was gorgeous and exactly as pictured. The hosts were so responsive and accommodating, set up and clean up was super easy.
There’s no word about our experience except incredibly amazing. Ashley and Brendon were so helpful. The atmosphere was breathtaking. We had a dinner party for 10 and we had enough space even for dancing. We’ll definitely be there for our annual dinner party next year!!
Such a lovely space and the host was incredibly attentive at answering any questions that came up and even dried off the chairs in the garden space after it rained! I would absolutely recommend this space to anyone, my guest and I felt so well taken care of

Parking description: There is street metered parking and free street parking (if willing to look), plus a paid lot nearby. Would recommend public transit or uber/lyft/taxi for best situation.
Everyone heads inside. The dining room, living room, and kitchen hold about 25 — that's exactly why we cap guest count there, so you always have a backup. The garden has no cover against rain or wind, so if the forecast looks rough, plan on an indoor party with garden access.Cold is a different story. We have outdoor heaters, and the yard stays very usable.
Yes. Amplified music is allowed, and there are speakers on site — just connect your phone or laptop. The space isn't soundproof and we have overnight guests in the house, so we ask you keep the volume friendly.
We don't have much storage before or after events, so we can't promise it — but ask us in advance and we'll see what we can work out.
Yes, and we think it's part of the charm. We're a working bed and breakfast, so our overnight guests will come and go during your event. They're asked to be respectful of your party, and we just ask that you let them pass through easily. It doesn't happen much, but it can happen a little.
